Claire is a member of our litigation team. She specialises in health & safety issues.

She advises on compliance with regulations and represents clients at fatal accident inquiries, inquests, and prosecutions, appeals against enforcement notices and in civil claims for damages.

She is experienced in working for government organisations and major insurers such as Royal and Sun Alliance, for whom she defended reparation claims from the pre-litigation stages through to the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.

Claire also acts for defenders in public and employers’ liability claims as well as medical and dental negligence cases.

Claire is an accredited specialist in personal injury law.
