Claire is a member of our litigation team. She specialises in health & safety issues and holds the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.

She advises on all aspects of the health and safety regime from compliance with regulations through to representation at fatal accident inquiries, inquests, prosecutions, appeals against enforcement notices and in civil claims for damages.

Claire has experience of acting for government departments and major insurers in public and employers’ liability claims as well as medical and dental negligence cases. 

Claire is an accredited specialist in personal injury law.
