Simon is a member of our construction team. He specialises in non-contentious matters for clients such as developers, academic institutions, building and engineering contractors, financial institutions and professional consultants.

He advises clients on procurement strategy, drafting and negotiating building contracts, development agreements and professional team appointments. Simon also has expertise in public procurement issues and works with our real estate team on development projects.
