Jim is an Associate in the Litigation Department and  acts for the Health and Safety Executive, Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and in the Further Education sector amongst various public sector bodies.

He has wide ranging advocacy experience in employment tribunals and courts and practices in both employment , health and safety and injury litigation. He is experienced in dealing with catastrophic injury cases and Fatal Accident Inquiries.
