Fiona Hogg

Senior Associate

Fiona is a member of our real estate team. She specialises in transactions, including development, acquisitions, disposal and leasing.

She acts for a variety of clients, ranging from public sector bodies to smaller property investment clients. In the public sector, Fiona has acted for the Ministry of Defence in transactions such as the disposal of surplus married quarter housing estates and transactions dealing with ongoing arrangements at Machrihanish and St Kilda. She has also acted for Consumer Focus in the rationalisation of their offices in Glasgow.

Fiona also has experience in land development, including acting for The Spartans Community Football Academy in the development of their pavilion and pitches at Ainslie Park in Edinburgh.
