Susan is a member of our litigation team. She specialises in property matters.

She acts for client in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session on commercial procedures.  Susan regularly appears in the Lands Tribunal for Scotland and the Land Court. She is involved in expert determination, mediation and negotiation, and has experience in insolvency cases and licensing.

She has expertise in all aspects of property related disputes from boundary disputes, the creation of servitudes arising from prescriptive use, and disputes related to leases and missives.
