Lisa is a member of our employment team and advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law from formation to termination of the employment relationship. She has a particular interest in discrimination matters, family friendly rights and the impact of social media in the workplace. Lisa also regularly guides clients through the Employment Tribunal process. However, where possible and appropriate, she explores dispute resolution outwith the Tribunal system through alternative means, such as mediation. She takes pride in her ability to seek positive, negotiated outcomes for clients who are involved in trying and time consuming employment disputes.
Before qualifying as a solicitor, Lisa obtained an MA in Law from the University of Cambridge. Applying her excellent academic knowledge to her day-to-day legal practice, Lisa aims to consistently deliver the highest quality, commercial and practical employment law advice expected by and due to each and every client of our award-winning firm.
