Richard is a member of our litigation team. He specialises in commercial litigation and contractual disputes, debt recovery and insolvency, acting for clients in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.

He is also a member of our banking and finance team, where he deals with litigation related to asset finance. He provides advice on a daily basis to government departments, businesses and individuals on the award and implementation of commercial contracts, insolvency, banking and asset finance.
