Kirsty Neilson

Kirsty is a member of our corporate finance and commercial team, specialising in finance and is based in our Glasgow office.  She has a wealth of experience advising both lenders and borrowers in various transactions, from sales of owner managed businesses to hotel acquisitions.  Kirsty has a corporate law background having worked in Scotland and the City, providing advice for both smaller business and venture capitalists, allowing her to draw on a broad range of experience in advising her clients. 

Kirsty also heads our not-for-profit lending team, which involves acting for lenders and a wide range of community-based organisations, and is a member of our charities team
