Lauren is a member of our corporate and commercial team. She specialises in setting up corporate structures for property investment for clients such as Hunter Property Fund Management and Zest Capital Management, and advises on the promotional and regulatory aspects of such structures.

Lauren is also a member of our charities team, advising on incorporations and mergers of charitable companies.
