Yvonne is a member of our real estate team, acting in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property interests.

She specialises in commercial leasing, acting for landlords and tenants, and in residential development work, advising on site acquisition, assembly and development, through to unit disposals.

Yvonne has expertise in the acquisition, disposal and securitisation of licensed premises, acting for landlords, licensees and investors.  She assisted S&N Pub Enterprises in the acquisition of 137 Enterprise Inns  tenanted pubs for £115m.

She also recently assisted in the regeneration of Whitecross on behalf of Morston Assets, including advising on the acquisition of strategic landholdings, planning, occupier and other related areas.

Yvonne has experience in real estate finance work, acting for a number of high street lenders such as RBS, Bank of Scotland, Dunfermline Building Society and the Co-operative Bank.
