Iain is a member of our corporate and commercial team. He is a dual qualified lawyer (England/Wales and Scotland) and advises individuals, businesses and public sector organisations on a wide range of activities, including sales and purchases, private equity transactions, public company issues, corporate governance, joint ventures and restructuring and insolvency issues.

Much of Iain's work has a cross-border and international element to it.

He also has expertise in the sport and aviation industries. Iain is a member of our Sports team. Iain spent six years as the secretary of London Scottish rugby club and has first-hand knowledge of the legal and commercial issues faced by sports clubs.

Iain sits on the board of Bookajet.com Limited, a significant player in the European private jet market. Iain has been a non-executive chairman of Scrum.com, leading the company through its sale to ESPN, a subsidiary of Disney Corporation.
