Elspeth Dalgleish

Elspeth is our Human Resources Director. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the HR strategy and framework.

To keep Morton Fraser a great place to work, so that clients enjoy working with us, Elspeth and her team look after the selection of trainees, implementation of performance management, development of core competencies and career structures for lawyers and support people.

Elspeth is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. In addition to looking after the recruitment and personal development of our people, she is also involved in the design and delivery of internal and external training programmes for academic and legal institutions.
