Damir is a member of our litigation team. He studied law in Bosnia, and is a dual qualified lawyer (England/Wales and Scotland). Damir is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Immigration Law.

He acts for private clients, businesses, the public sector and non-profit organisations, dealing with all aspects of immigration law on behalf of employers and individuals under the points-based system, entry clearance applications, extensions of stay, naturalisation and appeals. He regularly appears at immigration tribunals.

Since 2005 Damir has been involved in a programme designed to introduce law students at Scottish universities to immigration law.
