Alan is a member of our construction team. He is a dual qualified lawyer specialising in both contentious and non-contentious matters in Scotland and England/Wales.

He advises clients such as Volkswagen on the construction of their site acquisitions. Alan acts for contractors, developers, consultants, purchasers and tenants in the drafting, review and negotiation of construction documents.

Alan also works in dispute resolution and dispute avoidance matters, including adjudication and Sheriff Court and Court of Session proceedings.
