The Town and Country Planning (Enforcement of Control) (No. 2) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011
Regulations amending the Town and Country Planning (Enforcement of Control) (No. 2) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 to remove provisions relating to the submission of statements in appeals against listed building enforcement notices and conservation area enforcement notices.

The Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2011
Order bringing section 20(3) of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 into force on 1st December 2011 and also commences the provisions of section 56 of and the schedule to the Act on that date to the extent that they repeal certain provisions of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 specified in the schedule.

The Town and Country Planning (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2011
Rules amending the Town and Country Planning (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1997 and the Town and Country Planning Appeals (Determination by Appointed Person) (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1997. The amendments provide that the rules contained in those instruments do not apply to inquiries held in connection with the consideration of applications or appeals under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 whose procedure is regulated by the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2008.

The Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011
Regulations amending the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 to extend the application of the 2008 Regulations to appeals under sections 18 and 35 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997. They also extend the application of the 2008 Regulations to the consideration of applications referred to the Scottish Ministers following a direction under section 11 of the 1997 Act.

The Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas (Applications for Scheduled Monument Consent) (Scotland) Regulations 2011
These Regulations make provision in respect of applications for scheduled monument consent. The Regulations also make provision as to the certificates which must accompany an application and prescribe the form of notice of application which must be given by the applicant to owners of the monument to which the application relates. In addition, the Regulations make provision as to the person who is to be treated as the owner of the monument for the purposes of such notices and certificates

The Planning (Listed Buildings) (Prescribed Form of Notices) (Scotland) Regulations 2011
Regulations prescribing the forms of notice under sections 50A to 50E of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 which have been inserted by section 26(3) of the Historic Environment (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 2011.

The Historic Environment (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2011
The Order brings into force sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 10, 14 to 26 and 28 of the Historic Environment (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 2011. The provisions come into force on 1 December 2011.

The Construction Contracts (Scotland) Exclusion Order 2011
Order excluding first tier sub‑contracts entered into under an excluded private finance initiative contract from the operation of section 110(1A) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996. (S110(1A) provides that the requirement that contracts provide an adequate mechanism for establishing what payments become due and when is not satisfied where payment is conditional on obligations being performed under another contract.)
