Dealing with Underperforming Employees

We are often asked for advice from employers in relation to dealing with underperforming employees.  Taking the correct approach can help nip any problems in the bud and improve performance or, alternatively, put employers in a strong position to dismiss if the employee continues to underperform. In our third podcast Jillian Paton considers the procedure employers should follow as well as practical tips on avoiding the potential pitfalls when it comes to dealing with an underperforming member of staff.  The podcast is available here:
