Our Banking & Finance advice is sought by lenders and borrowers across the UK. Our technical expertise includes advice on lending or raising funds in relation to a wide range of clients from PLCs to SMEs, Public Sector to individuals. We also act for all of the major banks in the UK.

The team is unique in that our advice ranges from asset finance/invoice finance funding, in which we are market leaders, through to advising lenders on compliance with regulatory matters and consumer credit issues. Our understanding of security and financial instruments is extremely broad, and covers the whole of the UK.
