Challenging suspension and withdrawal of licence
If the Home Office considers that you have failed in your sponsorship duties they can take action against you. Action can include downgrading your licence rating, suspending your license or revoking your licence.
Each of these actions can have serious consequences for your business as they can restrict you from hiring new migrants. In the case of a revocation of your licence it will terminate the visas of your sponsored employees.
Where your licence has been downgraded we can assist you to understand the Home Office action plan and improve your systems to regain your A rating. There is no right of appeal against the suspension or revocation of your licence. However, there may be a sound basis for judicial review of the decision.
