Debt Recovery - English Solicitors

If you have clients whose debtors are based in Scotland we can help. We have a number of English and dual qualified litigators at Morton Fraser so you will not have to learn or understand Scottish legal terms or expressions in order to have a meaningful conversation with us. We know what you mean when you talk about Charging Orders, for example, -- and we can explain to you the Scottish equivalent and, more importantly, the subtle differences between Scottish and English procedures.

For more information on the services we can offer solicitors based in England or Wales and how we can assist you, speak to the head of the Debt Recovery team, Maggie Moodie, on 0131 247 1019.

You may also find our Debt Recovery factsheet helpful.
