Representations on Planning Applications

The public have an important role to play in the planning process.  We are often asked to advise members of the public on how to influence the outcome of a planning application.

We can assist with a letter which focuses on material planning considerations.  If you do not want to see planning permission actually refused, but have concerns about the proposed day to day operation of the development, we can assist with the making of representations regarding the imposition of appropriate planning conditions.

We can also appear and make representations on your behalf at a planning committee meeting, if that is how the application is to be decided.
