Plot Sales

We offer a plot sales package for residential developer clients which makes the plot sale process straightforward, reliable and cost effective.   This system is applied following completion of the acquisition and site set up work.

From a bank of plot sale templates, the appropriate documents for the particular sale transaction are selected and tailored by the fee earner and slotted into an electronic file.  The bespoke documents are then automatically generated by the system on each sale file.  This allows the day to day running of a transaction to be delegated to the appropriate level of fee earner, keeping costs down.

As well as creating and storing the emails, letters and deeds, the electronic file also serves as a diary system, ensuring that documentation is produced and actions implemented at the appropriate time.  This ensures that all appropriate steps are taken on all files irrespective of volume and that timescales are met.

The system is entirely flexible and can accommodate any other actions or steps which the developer may require such as dealing with payment for extras etc.

In terms of reporting, we are able to generate a status report for each plot sale. The information provided on such a report is tailored to suit the individual requirements of each client and the report can be updated and circulated as frequently as is required.

We also offer a secure internet service allowing the developer to access their electronic files, so that progress on each plot sale can be checked online at any time.

We offer competitive fixed fees on plot sales and can typically do so on acquisition and site set up work also.
