Personal Injury & Medical Negligence Advice

We appreciate that discussing personal injury matters can be deeply personal and, at times, distressing. Our expert team includes both male and female lawyers who are leading experts in their fields, and are highly experienced in managing the sensitivities of what can be emotional matters for our clients.

Our specialist Personal Injury team is one of the largest personal injury teams in Scotland, which provides our clients with leading specialist advice and support, and has achieved ground breaking successes for our clients. Once we have established who in our team is best placed to represent you, you will have one constant lawyer relationship throughout.

We don't just work with you during the litigation process, but can help you and your family after you have achieved your settlement.  It may be that a Trust is a good way to protect and make your money work best for you.  We have inhouse private client lawyers who can help you at the next stage in your life, and who work with our independent financial advisors to make sure the money is invested well.

We don't charge for the first meeting. We also offer insurance options to cover the potential costs of personal injury actions, and in some circumstances, we may be able to act on a “no win, no fee” basis.

Do not hesitate to talk through your circumstances with our team who will support you in your decision making.

We can help you with:

  • Accidents at work
  • Hazardous substance exposure claims
  • Issues arising from medical or dental treatment
  • Lifting injuries
  • Noise exposure claims
  • Road traffic accidents
  • Stress claims
  • Tripping and slipping claims
