Family Members

These include spouses, civil partners, fiancé(e)s, children (including adopted children), unmarried and same sex partners, parents, grandparents and other dependant relatives. 

Please note each family member category is dealt under different immigration rules so it is essential to get proper advice before you apply for entry clearance.  If you are already in the UK please note the rules on switching from one immigration category to another are very strict, so before you apply contact our immigration team to check if you have right to enter / remain in the UK.  We can then advise you on practicalities of each application and if necessary represent you.
