Our Property Funds Team has grown to meet client demand and can offer real expertise and experience, combined with a personal and cost-effective service.
We act for a range of London and Scottish clients who instruct UK and worldwide deals. We have acted on a number of high value property fund promotions in the UK, Central Europe and the Middle East. Clients are attracted by our ability to deal with cross jurisdictional fundings and joint ventures in a smooth and efficient manner, enhanced by our membership of Interlaw (an international association of independent law firms).
Services:
The team provides a complete service to deal with all issues surrounding property investment including structuring, acquisitions, sales, banking & construction. Over recent years, we have built up expertise in advising on offshore and onshore structuring issues. We also frequently provide assistance to clients on the promotion of property funds (in compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000) which includes assisting with the preparation of and advising on the content of information memoranda.
