Our specialist tax litigation & advocacy group advises clients how to manage tax disputes. Although our primary focus is to provide contentious representation, we also provide tax advice and support to help resolve disputes as quickly as possible. Accordingly, the group is made up of experienced litigators and tax specialists from both our commercial litigation and private client divisions. We can also work with clients’ tax advisors to provide assistance in conducting and resolving tax disputes.
