Morton Fraser has advised long-established Scottish accountancy firm Wylie & Bisset on their deal to join forces with Opulus Financial.
The collaboration will support plans for Wylie & Bisset to expand its business and to provide a wider range of financial and operational services to clients throughout Scotland.
Morton Fraser’s team was led by Partner, Paul Geoghegan and Senior Associate, Stephen Clark.
