Morton Fraser has been appointed to Curtis Banks’ panel of solicitors to advise on its clients’ commercial real estate matters in Scotland, following a competitive tender process whereby two firms were appointed to its framework. This includes the purchase, sale and management of the commercial properties held under its SIPP structures in Scotland.
