Sarah Gilzean, senior associate at Morton Fraser, one of the largest independent law firms in Scotland, has been accredited as a specialist in discrimination law by the Law Society of Scotland.  

One of only eight such specialists in Scotland, Sarah has wide experience of practising discrimination law in the employment and education fields.  Sarah is highly regarded in the sector as a discrimination lawyer and is Convener of the Law Society Equalities Law Reform Committee and Secretary of the Scottish Discrimination Law Association.  Sarah is also an accredited specialist in employment law and acts for a wide variety of clients in the private and public sectors.  She has particular expertise in equal pay. 

Sarah said: 'I am delighted that my years of experience in the discrimination law field have been recognised. I am looking forward to continuing to use that experience to help clients, along with my colleagues at Morton Fraser, to deal with particularly tricky legal issues'.
