In addition, updated BIS guidance on TUPE has been published.
In addition, since this podcast was recorded, BIS have indicated that the extension of the right to request flexible working to all employees with more than 26 weeks' service will not be brought into force on 6 April 2014 as originally intended. We suspect that the implementation date for this will now be October 2014.
