The summer months have seen the Taylor Review - dealing with employment status and the gig economy - being published, some important court and tribunal judgements including in relation to the calculation of holiday pay and most notably the end of employment tribunal fees. Tribunal claims fell to a low of 61,000 per annum following the introduction of fees - will we now see a return to the pre fee high of 236,000 claims per annum? In addition to providing an update on all of the latest employment law developments we will share with you our thoughts on the consequences of the withdrawal of tribunal fees and our tips on how employers can reduce the risk of a claim being made.

The seminars will last approximately one hour, including questions and answers, with an opportunity for networking before and after.
Registration will take place from 5:00pm for a 5:30pm start for the evening seminar in Edinburgh and 8:15am for an 8:45am start for the breakfast seminar in Glasgow.
