To wrap up our three-part ‘Law and Borders’ podcast series, we take a look into the future prospects of the commercial real estate market in Scotland.

Alan Stewart and I join Jess Harrold from Estates Gazette to discuss the relevant political factors, such as Brexit implications and the possibility of Scottish independence, as well as economic prosperity in Scotland - taking lockdown restrictions and the vaccination programme into account - to evaluate the impact on each Scottish real estate sector.

Whilst there have undoubtedly been challenges in the past few months due to the pandemic, the attractiveness to invest in Scotland is rising, and there are lots of opportunities for property developers and investors in the Scottish real estate market.
