Although organisations have until 5 April 2018 to publish the information some have already done so.
The information which must be published on both websites is:-
- Mean and median gender pay gaps
- Mean and median bonus pay gaps
- Proportion of men and women receiving bonuses
- Proportion of men and women in each quartile of the organisations pay structure
It is not yet possible to give any additional information along with the GPG data - something which organisations may wish to do if the data suggests there is a gender pay gap. However, a link to the GPG report on an organisation's own website can be included.
