So much has happened over the past 12 months with Covid-19 changing many aspects of our daily lives. Real estate , like many other sectors, has had to adapt and react to challenging circumstances. When you throw Brexit into the mix too, it has been a year like no other.

We are delighted to partner with Estates Gazette to discuss how the Scottish real estate market has been impacted over the past 12 months – providing a viewpoint from north of the border analysing what similarities or differences there have been from the rest of the UK.

Earlier this week, myself and Alan Stewart joined Jess Harrold from Estates Gazette to record the first episode in a three-part series of podcasts, perfectly titled ‘Law and Borders’, and we kicked off by taking a sector-by-sector approach to discussing the events of the last 12 months.

Find out our thoughts on the first podcast here.

We can’t wait for you to hear parts two and three where we’ll discuss planning in Scotland, followed by what the future might hold for Scottish real estate investment…stay tuned!
