Andrew, who is based in Morton Fraser's Glasgow office, acts for clients at all stages of the employment relationship including representation before Employment Tribunals. He has a particular interest in the Equality Act 2010 and its impact on the workplace environment.
Prior to joining Morton Fraser in 2014, Andrew was an advocate having called to the Scots Bar in 2009.
Andrew's admission further strengthens Morton Fraser's highly rated employment team which advises both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, workplace discrimination and settlement agreements.
