Morton Fraser has been named one of the ‘Top 15 Best Law Firms to Work For in the UK’ in the ‘Best Companies to Work For 2022’ lists.

The firm, which employs over 260 people across offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, is the only Scottish law firm named in the prestigious UK-wide list, which celebrates and showcases excellence in workplace engagement.

The firm has also risen three places to 21st in the ‘Best Companies to Work For in Scotland’ category.

Earlier this year, Morton Fraser invested seven figures in a new, central Glasgow hub as part of a post-Covid modernisation programme.

It also announced a staff bonus pool of over £600,000, 50% higher than the previous year and 30% higher than 2019/20.

Earlier this month, the firm earned further recognition in The Times’ Best Law Firms 2023 list of ‘The Top 20 Law Firms in Scotland’.
