Business Expertise 

Andrew specialises in advising on corporate transactions (buying and selling companies, MBOs, MBIs, joint ventures and equity investments into companies) and commercial contracts of a very wide variety (including IP related), as well as partnerships, LLPs and share options.  He is a very experienced practitioner and advises both SMEs and larger companies. He also has significant Non-Executive Director and business mentoring experience.

Although primarily based within the Corporate team, Andrew also works closely with our litigation, commercial real estate, banking and asset finance teams.
