Anna is a Senior Solicitor working within the Family Law team in Glasgow. She has been specialising in family law since qualifying in 2014.
Anna provides advice on a broad range of family law issues including financial provision on divorce and separation, cohabitation, child-related matters and pre-nuptial/post-nuptial agreements. She seeks to negotiate settlements on behalf of her clients wherever possible but also has experience in conducting both Sheriff Court and Court of Session cases.
Anna is a Notary Public, Law Society of Scotland Career Mentor and is a member of the Family Law Association. She hold an MA(Hons) in International Relations from the University of St Andrews. She studied Scots Law at the University of Edinburgh and received her Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde.

Anna has a particular interest in drafting pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, cases involving complex financial provision, and cases with an international element. She seeks to resolve matters in a sensitive and cost effective manner employing the principles of Alternative Dispute Resolution where possible.
