Bill is Director of our Debt and Asset Recovery.

He is regarded as an extremely effective trainer, combining his knowledge of the law with years of experience to ensure his audience appreciate the preventative measures together with the pre-legal, legal and enforcement tools available to them to safeguard their assets and, when required, maximise recovery. Utilising internal management tools he is continually reviewing performance and, where possible, identifying ways in which client recovery can be maximised.

Bill appreciates that this area of practice is one of the few within the legal profession where cost can equally be measured against results. As such, he ensures that clients receive value for money through an efficient and cost effective recovery service.

Bill is recognised as being one of the most successful debt recovery practitioners within his practice area and has attained a “No 1”, “Best in the UK” ranking with Chambers & Partners for Debt Recovery.  His skillset covers a wide variety of creditor/debtor scenarios ranging from asset finance, invoice finance and consumer credit debt to recovery of commercial and consumer debt.

He acts for a wide variety of commercial landlords, including SIPPS, property managers and private landlords.

Bill is heavily involved in the management for our key public sector debt clients.  He provides vital support to clients in preparing bespoke MI reporting for them, and assisting in making their own internal systems even more efficient. He is regarded as an extremely effective trainer combining his knowledge of the law with years of experience to ensure his audience appreciate the preventative measures together with the pre-legal, legal and enforcement tools available to them.
