Ciaran Harkness
SolicitorCiaran is a Solicitor in the Corporate team.
Ciaran provides general support to our Corporate team and advises clients in a wide range of corporate transactions including corporate restructuring, equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and commercial contract matters. Ciaran has experience in offering advice to a wide variety of clients, from start-ups and family businesses to nationwide housebuilders and leading sports organisations.
Ciaran graduated from the University of Glasgow with an LLB (Hons) in 2017. During this time he also studied at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. He completed his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow in March 2019. He joined the firm during the spring of 2019 as an Executive Assistant and completed his traineeship with the firm in 2022.
