Donna is a Partner in our Private Client Division.
She enjoys taking the time with clients to explore their family and financial background, highlighting issues they may not have considered.
This helps ensure that the solutions provided for clients are tailored to their needs.
She also has experience of working as an in-house Solicitor at an international accountancy practice, as Senior Manager of a large team dealing with Private Client services provided on behalf of a major bank.
Donna has tutored in Property, Trusts and Succession at the University of Glasgow, presented seminars for clients and professionals, and has also presented for the Royal Faculty of Procurators. She delivers internal training and has written for various publications.
Donna is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners, and although not providing financial advice in her current role, holds the Investment Advice Certificate from the Securities Institute.
Donna has also been asked to contribute on several occasions to BBC television and radio consumer programmes, discussing legal matters such as long term care, inheritance tax, trusts and powers of attorney.
