Elise is a senior associate in our highly rated employment law team. Elise has been an Employment law specialist for over 7 years, advising a wide variety of businesses in relation to the legal and practical aspects of both day-to-day and complex HR issues. She regularly advises on senior executive contracts and exits, often drafting and negotiating agreements in highly confidential or delicate circumstances.

Elise works closely with our Corporate team, providing employment transactional support in mergers and acquisitions, as well as providing TUPE and outsourcing advice to commercial clients. Elise also manages the pursuit and defence of Employment Tribunal claims and delivers practical, interactive training to HR professionals and business managers.

Elise builds strong relationships with her clients and gets to know their business, fine-tuning her advice to align with client objectives while navigating legal risk and commercial sensitivities.

She regularly advises on senior executive contracts and exits, often drafting and negotiating agreements in highly confidential or delicate circumstances.

With particular experience in discrimination cases, Elise manages the pursuit and defence of Employment Tribunal claims and has represented employees in mediation.
