Emma has experience in advising individuals and families in all matters pertaining to Estate Administration and Succession Planning including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Guardianship and Care Home Planning. 

Emma completed her LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde. She also obtained an LLM in Human Rights from the same university.

Emma is in the process of becoming STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualified.
