Fiona acts for a number of property companies dealing with both investment purchases and sales, and commercial developments for retail and leisure uses. She is also experienced in dealing with leases and lease management documentation for both landlords and tenants.
Fiona also acts for a number of public sector clients, including the Scottish Government and various UK Government departments. She has acted for the Ministry of Defence for over 15 years in both ongoing estate management issues and the disposal of surplus assets ranging from airports to married quarter housing estates. Fiona has also dealt with disposals to community bodies under the Community Right to Buy legislation.

In the public sector, Fiona has acted for the Ministry of Defence for over 20 years in both ongoing estate management issues and the disposal of a range of surplus assets from airports to married quarter housing estates, which have involved complex infrastructure and environmental issues.
Fiona has also dealt with disposals to community bodies under the Community Right to Buy legislation.
More recently, Fiona has also acted for the Scottish Government in various property transactions, and has dealt with a number of lease transactions for several UK Government departments, including the Scottish property aspects of a national project throughout the UK.
