Jennifer is an experienced civil litigation lawyer in our litigation team.

She represents a variety of clients predominantly defending employers' liability claims, occupiers' liability claims, claims relating to transportation, fatal accident inquiries and health and safety prosecutions. She acts on behalf of insurers, self-insured companies, and central and local Government Departments.

Jennifer is experienced in advocacy and regularly represents clients in courtrooms across Scotland.  She holds a Masters in Advocacy from the University of Strathclyde graduating in 2015.

Jennifer is a member of the Law Society of Scotland and a Notary Public.

Business expertise

Jennifer has a diverse case load covering the breadth of personal injury claims including asbestos related disease claims, bullying and harassment claims, claims for psychiatric injury, slips trips and falls, transportation claims, and credit hire claims.

She defends and pursues claims representing a variety of clients including insurers, self-insured bodies, and Government Departments. She also represents clients in relation to fatal accident inquiries and health and safety prosecutions.

Public Sector expertise

Jennifer acts on behalf of public sector clients both pursuing and defending compensation claims arising from injury, industrial disease and property damage. Her clients include the Ministry of Defence, Transport Scotland, the Health and Safety Executive and Royal Mail.
