PartnerKen is a partner in our Litigation division which is one of the largest and most experienced litigation teams in Scotland.
Ken is a commercial litigator and heads up the real estate litigation team. He has over 30 years' experience in resolving commercial disputes with a particular focus on planning, commercial property, CPO, procurement and property development related disputes, and professional indemnity claims involving property professionals.
As well as a lawyer, he is a qualified planner and gained Royal Town Planning Institute Membership in 1986. He is regularly rated as a leading individual in the main directories.
