Ken is a partner in our Litigation division which is one of the largest and most experienced litigation teams in Scotland.
Ken is a commercial litigator and heads up the real estate litigation team. He has over 30 years' experience in resolving commercial disputes with a particular focus on planning, commercial property, CPO, procurement and property development related disputes, and professional indemnity claims involving property professionals.
As well as a lawyer, he is a qualified planner and gained Royal Town Planning Institute Membership in 1986. He is regularly rated as a leading individual in the main directories.
In this case, the Applicants sought the discharge, in terms of Articles 22(1)(c) and 23(1) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Development Management Scheme) Order 2009, of various provisions contained in a Development Management Scheme ("DMS").
