Kiril Pehlivanov

Kiril provides general support to our Corporate team and advises clients in a wide range of corporate transactions including corporate restructuring, equity investment, joint ventures, partnerships and commercial contract matters.

He graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a degree in Law and European Legal Studies. Kiril spent a year at Vienna University of Economics and Business. He joined Morton Fraser during the summer of 2018 as an Administrative Assistant and then completed his traineeship with the firm in 2020.
