Laura has experience in drafting and negotiating leasing, loan and security documents in a number of sectors, including shipping and aviation finance, north and south of the border.    

She regularly assists lenders and borrowers in funding both vessels under construction and second hand vessels. This often involves working with lawyers in foreign jurisdictions in order to put security in place. 

Laura also frequently assists and advises English and overseas lawyers on the Scottish aspects of cross border finance transactions.
