Rhona is a Partner and Head of our Family Law team. She has been with Morton Fraser since 2002.
Rhona is an accredited specialist with extensive experience of dealing with sheriff court and Court of Session litigation. She has a particular interest in dealing with cases which involve an international or cross-Border element. Rhona is also a highly regarded family law mediator, with over 20 years mediation experience.
Our family law team provides family & adoption law advice to a wide range of clients, including private individuals and families, clients in business, and the public sector. We are uniquely positioned to provide both Scottish and English Services as a result of our dual qualified solicitors. We also offer a wide range of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services in family law matters.

Rhona is dual qualified in Scots and English law, and can advise on the pros and cons of proceeding in either jurisdiction. She has been, since 2011, a Fellow of the prestigious International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
