Over his 35 years in the sector, he has undertaken all types of property work, but the emphasis over the last 20 years has been site acquisition and sale for housebuilders and other developers (both national and local), and all associated work.  That typically covers planning/land promotion agreements, collaboration/Consortium agreements, strategic land contracts / option agreements, development agreements, overage/uplift agreements, statutory planning agreements and Deeds of Conditions.

Robert’s remit covers all work from site assembly to disposal of the consented land, or handover to the Morton Fraser housebuilder plot sales team.
