Sandra is a partner in our litigation division which is one of the largest and most experienced litigation teams in Scotland.

Sandra has over 27 years of experience in resolving commercial disputes in construction and engineering dispute resolution. She advises a full range of construction professionals including employers (private and public) , contractors, consultants and insurers on issues such as payment, final accounts, extensions of time, challenges to certifications and defective building works disputes.

Business expertise

Sandra has extensive experience of construction and engineering disputes and provides advice in the areas of adjudication, litigation, arbitration, mediation and expert determination.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators ( FCIArb ) and past Chairman of the Scottish Branch. She is an accredited mediator and appointed adjudicator.

She is ranked in both Chamber UK 2019 and a recommended lawyer in Legal 500 2019.
